Do you love yourself?
Do you love yourself?
Hello You, *big hug*
Welcome to October!!!
I wish above all things that this month brings you fulfillment and joy! Walk with me as we take a recap of My September to Remember!
How’s it going? Really really, how’s it going?
This is one of those posts that come from deep feelings and questions about life.
Do you ever wake up and ask yourself questions like “why am I here?” “why do I go to work everyday?” “how do I know that this is for me?” “Is this my path?” “Wait, WTAF am I doing?”. First, I want to let you know that you are not alone *cue Michael Jackson*. No, seriously, you are not alone. Secondly, finding yourself is a process – many of us are winging it and even those who have discovered purpose will wake up on some mornings and question everything. Finally, it is okay to ask questions.
My name is Vivian AF and I want to talk to you today about worrying.
Happy Sunday, Happy New Month!
Welcome to September.
The number 9 symbolizes divine completeness and conveys the meaning of finality… A full term pregnancy ideally brings forth fruit in the 9th month, so it feels like 9 is the number of completion. I’m happy to be in this month with you reading this and I hope for an experience that conveys completion for you.
I’m hopeful for this new month and I take a step back to last year… Husband Guy asked me to marry him this time last year (+/- a few days, lol), and on this exact day my journey towards vigorous screen grabs and Pinterest-ing came alive. Today, it’s a holiday, I’m home and sipping on fresh Pineapple Juice x H2O (not water o, the fizzy drink) and writing this post.
What are my hopes for the new month?
How’s it going? How has 2017 been so far? If you participated in the goal-defining journey we had at the beginning of the year, raise ya hand! If not, you can still do it: just click here and make sure you start with this post!
It has been an intense first half for me, what about you? Here’s a short recap of my life in the first half of the year:

January felt like 1 year in 1 month. Even my expenses were really heavy. *sigh* I am super excited to share my month with you via this post. Remember to share with me 1, 2, or 3 things that happened to you this month.
Here we go!
So far, we have been through 3 exercises that have brought us to our Goals for 2017 and even, the rest of our lives. What kind of goals did you set? Do you want to know how you can achieve them? Well, that’s what this post about. Giving you tips to help you achieve your goals.
Let’s get into it:
Hey Hey Hey!
You made it to Part 3! Congratulations!
Now, we want to group, prioritize and set goals along those lines. I want you to use exercise 2 to define your goals for 2017. Now, this exercise is for short term goal setting to build the foundation for the Long Term Goals and/or roles you desire to play.
Get your notebook, pen and lots of water. Are you ready?
You might be wondering why we started these series with Roles, instead of defining ourselves first. Well, a lot of us are defined by the roles we play and instead of us getting all tangled up and confused about roles and who we really are, we decided to kill the roles first. If you haven’t done the first exercise, CLICK HERE now!
Now, this next exercise builds off of the Wheel of Life concept where we look at all the areas of our lives to see if we are “balanced”. Now, the question is, does anyone ever attain full balance in all areas of their lives? You tell me after you take this exercise.
Remember your notebook?! lets get back to it!
Answer the below questions as honestly as you possibly can. Let’s play ten-ten.
